What kids stories teach us about giving a great interview response

A mindset shift towards treating interview responses as mini-stories rather than just interview answers can make a response really captivating and interesting.

As with a good kids story, in an interview response you should cover off:

1. The "Once upon a time...." moment

2. What did the hero of the story (i.e. you) do?

3. Was it a happy ending or a sad ending?

4. What was the moral of the story?
