1. Kick-off & Recruitment Healthcheck
We'll have a kick-off call with you to understand your current context. This includes your recruitment process, job families, tools, culture, and the challenges you face. This is so we can tailor the program and make sure it answers all your questions and absolutely hits the mark for you.
2. Video, tools, templates, resources and training materials
Each week you’ll be given awesome digital resources about the selected topic. These will be tools you can lift, adapt and directly use in your business. This includes templates, interviews guides, and training for your hiring managers. All these tools will be accompanied by step-by-step video instructions so you can get the most out of the resources. 3. Weekly group implementation calls

4. Program support
